Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America Inc. announced the winners of its North American Dealer of the Year awards. Each year, the company recognizes its most outstanding dealers in the U.S. and Canada for overall performance, and for sales, parts sales and service performance, according to the company. In addition, the company honors the dealer salesperson of the year.

According to Todd Bloom, MFTA’s president and chief executive officer, “Every year, the dealers we honor are subjected to tremendous scrutiny, including a careful evaluation of their performance across a wide range of categories. They have all performed well above our expectations, but more importantly, they have performed consistently above their customers’ expectations. And that has helped us as a company to be successful. We appreciate their hard work and dedication.”

The MFTA Dealer of the Year recipients for 2014 are:

• North American Dealer of the Year—Messina Truck Center, Tampa, Fla.
• North American Sales Dealer of the Year—Jim Reed’s Truck Sales, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.
• North American Service Dealer of the Year—Jim Reed’s Truck Sales, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.
• North American Parts Dealer of the Year—Messina Truck Center, Tampa, Fla.
• North American Salesperson of the Year—Matt Remsen, Miller’s Truck Sales, Lincoln, R.I.

In addition to these overall winners, MFTA recognizes regional winners in all categories as well. Dealer of the Year category winners were:

• Canadian Dealer of the Year—Globocam (Anjou), Anjou, Quebec
