Penray developed a complete cooling system maintenance program to help technicians understand and properly treat engines.

The kit features a comprehensive cooling system training program for technicians, salesmen and parts people. It also includes a case of Penray’s Universal Test strips, which test conventional and long-life coolants. Also included is an array of sales tools, including a bay banner, counter top display, poster, technician guide and product display rack.

By enrolling in the program and learning more about cooling systems, technicians will reduce their customer downtime and warranty issues, the company said.
