The Super Duty boasts seven available cameras, which include a front camera, side-view mirror cameras, a center high-mounted stop light (CHMSL) camera for a view of the cargo bed, a tailgate camera, a windshield-mounted camera for lane departure warnings, and a trailer camera whose placement can be determined by the buyer.
The Super Duty can be ordered with either Ford’s second-generation 6.7L Power Stroke turbo diesel V8 or with the 6.2L FFV V8 gas engine.
The 2017 Super Duty is also available with adaptive steering, which, according to Ford, reduces the amount of steering input needed to change direction at low speed, while reducing sensitivity to steering input at higher speeds.
Watch: Ford Trucks’ Mike Levine talks about the Super Duty at this year’s Work Truck Show.
The new Super Duty line will be available later in the year.
