RMJ Technologies has announced the availability of its Predictive Coach software on the Geotab marketplace. Predictive Coach, according to the company, provides a customizable and 100% automated fleet driver training system.

Using Geotab’s advanced telematics data, Predictive Coach automatically delivers comprehensive training based on driver behavior that can be completed via a laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Fleet managers are notified when training has been assigned and completed, alleviating their driver behavior management duties.

“We developed Predictive Coach after speaking with fleet and risk managers looking to improve driver safety through remediation. With this integrated solution, risky driving habits are identified, allowing fleet managers to easily set rules and automatically assign training based on their corporate policies,” says Jerome Toliver, chief executive officer of RMJ Technologies.

“Our rich, second-by-second data provides our customers with advanced insight into driver behavior of their entire fleet,” says Neil Cawse, chief executive officer of Geotab. “With this data, fleet managers can now turn to Predictive Coach on the Geotab Marketplace to provide automated, interactive driver training tailored to their specific needs.”
