Solus Solutions and Technologies has launched 10 new green aerodynamic technologies for heavy truck trailers in North America, including its Split Skirt and Wheel Cover concepts. The company said it produces aerodynamically robust and operationally practical green technology, adding that it is driven to create jobs and reduce energy demands of U. S. trucking fleets.

According to Solus, product development leveraged partnerships with the federal government, academia and the private sector to bring to bear the latest in aerodynamic design and analysis tools and proprietary testing techniques to obtain the highest quality data, exceeding industry testing standards. The company also noted that the Transportation Research Center experts tested and re-tested its green innovations to ensure that all products deliver maximum performance to our customers.

All products satisfy federal and state operational requirements and regulations and provide customers with previously unavailable options to comply with current and future heavy truck emission and efficiency requirements, Solus added, and products are EPA SmartWay verified and CARB compliant and provide combined fuel savings in excess of 10%.
