Stemco, an EnPro Industries company, announced updates regarding the motion for preliminary injunction that it filed against Ridge Corp. on behalf of Stemco subsidiary, ATDynamics. As previously announced, Stemco-ATDynamics filed a lawsuit against Ridge Corp. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case No. 2:15-cv-01877-BRO-MAN. Through its Motion for Preliminary Injunction, ATDynamics has asked the Court to order Ridge Corp. to stop making and selling the Green Tail device on the basis that Ridge Corp. infringes at least five ATDynamics patents.
A hearing on ATDynamics’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction has been set for Monday, July 13, 2015, before District Judge Beverly Reid O’Connell in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
