Trail King expands agriculture product line

In May, Trail King announced its acquisition of Dakota Trailer Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of Aluminum Grain trailers for the agricultural market. Now, Trail King is announcing its official release of its complete agricultural product offerings. The trailer manufacturer has decided upon a select set of products absorbed from Dakota Trailer to be marketed and sold utilizing the Trail King name. The company says it aims to provide dealers with a unique opportunity to invest in a comprehensive agricultural hauling solutions.

“The company has conducted extensive market research into the brand direction of our expanded agricultural product line,” says Rick Farris, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Farris adds, “We firmly believe that by widening Trail King’s brand and agricultural product offerings, we are underlining a commitment to our customers to provide a consistent variety of high-performance trailers. We are opening the doors for our customers to expand their bottom line and that’s our definition of success.”

Trail King’s Materials Hauling Agriculture line includes the following products (descriptions by the company):

Aluminum Hopper Trailer – Featuring an efficient single panel wall construction and long-lasting corrosion resistance via the Corsol Metal Treatment, the durable Aluminum Grain Hopper (AHT) trailer will satisfy your farming operations for years to come. Available sizes range from 22 ft. to 52 ft. with specifications offered for U.S. and Canadian markets. Canadian markets also have access to Trail King’s B-Train design.

Aluminum Hopper Conveyor Trailer – Thistrailer offers multi-purpose use and the largest payload in the industry. Available in 41 ft. or 45 ft. variations, both versions come with up to four compartments. This lightweight Aluminum Grain Hopper Conveyor (AHTC) trailer combines with a 21 in. ground clearance, stainless steel conveyor providing unmatched design, longevity, and versatility. The conveyor is easily removable to operate as a standard grain trailer. Specifications are available for U.S. and Canadian markets.

Aluminum Grain Box Trailer – Custom-designed and smaller in size than its counterparts, the Aluminum Grain Box (AGB) trailer is to be one of Trail King’s most popular models. Achieve maximum payload, exceptional clean out, and lasting performance with this well-constructed workhorse. Specifications are currently only available for U.S. markets.

Rolled Side Super Hi-Lite Ag Trailer – A staple of Trail King’s agricultural product line, the Rolled Side Super Hi-Lite Ag (ASHR) trailer is the agriculture industry’s best companion for hauling feed, seed, fertilizer, and other high-volume products. Improve product control and discharge with continuous or segmented belt options. Specifications are available for U.S. and Canadian markets.
