TruckPro chooses Mitchell 1 for repair centers

TruckPro, an independent truck and trailer service center network across Canada, announced that it has chosen Mitchell 1’s suite of online truck repair solutions to enhance the ability of their service centers to accurately diagnose and repair Class 4-8 trucks.

Mitchell 1’s suite of Web-based products now being utilized by the TruckPro network includes Repair-Connect.net, TruckLabor, Tractor-Trailer.net and Medium-Truck.net. These products help maximize shop productivity by streamlining the diagnostic and repair processes with complete information to fix a problem, delivered in an easy-to-navigate application with 24/7 accessibility, said the company.

According to the company, Repair-Connect.net provides detailed diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information in a matter of seconds, helping technicians reduce diagnostic and repair time and increase efficiency. TruckLabor is a comprehensive labor time estimating solution that provides reliable, standardized mechanical labor times for all makes and models of Class 4 through 8 trucks. With Tractor-Trailer.net and Medium-Truck.net, technicians can access repair information including Mitchell 1’s exclusive color wiring diagrams, high resolution digital photos of components, connector views and locations, specifications and repair procedures.

TruckPro has more than 96 service centers across Canada, providing truck and trailer repair services and preventative maintenance. The range of services offered includes general repair for trucks and trailers, suspension, alignment, driveline, brakes, exhaust system, electrical repair, air conditioning and oil changes. The TruckPro Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) provides regular inspections of vehicle components along with necessary adjustments, repairs, lubrications or replacements.
