Arrow Truck Sales re-launches National Account program

Arrow Truck SalesĀ recently introduced an all-new National Account program specifically designed for companies representing large numbers of agents and owner/operators dispersed throughout North America.Ā According to Rick Vuagniaux, Arrowā€™s national account manager, the program is loaded with valuable customer incentives and backed by more than 63 years of industry experience.

ā€œWeā€™ve negotiated an industry-leading incentive package that includes several comprehensive, extended warranties at a substantial retail discount. Weā€™ve also teamed-up with key vendors such as ATBS, Continental Tires, Speedco and FleetPride to offer additional incentives just for being an Arrow customer. And when it makes sense for a particular customer, we also have a very attractive lease-purchase program that can enhance driver recruitment efforts,ā€ said Vuagniaux.

Vuagniaux also emphasized Arrowā€™s multi-check reconditioning process. ā€œOur national account customers expect to do business with a reputable used truck dealerā€”a brand they can trustā€”with the best used equipment and unmatched variety and selection in the indus- try. Thatā€™s exactly what we deliver with this new program.ā€

Vuagniaux went on to say that Arrow takes great pride in the rigorous, reconditioning process behind each and every truck they sell. ā€œOur mission is to deliver road-ready trucks that generate revenue for customers the day they leave our lot. And that means less driver downtime and more on-time shipments.ā€

ā€œWeā€™re extremely excited about the re-launch of our National Account program, and thus far, customer feedback has been very encouraging.ā€
