Cooper Tire announces Roadmaster Fleet Service Network

Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. has announced its new Roadmaster Fleet Service Network, offering 24/7 emergency roadside tire replacement and repair for eligible commercial trucking fleets that are part of the Roadmaster national account program. The Roadmaster Fleet Service Network applies consistent pricing for tire and services across the country regardless of location and provides the ease of direct billing.

“With fleets, it’s all about being operational around the clock. Downtime really costs,” said Gary Schroeder, Cooper’s director of commercial vehicle and OEM sales for Roadmaster. “Our new emergency roadside service keeps our customers rolling day and night. The best news is they won’t pay anything different to get back on the road whether they are stuck in the Carolinas or in California. The price is consistent regardless of location and we make account management easy with direct billing.

Cooper remains dedicated to growing our Roadmaster commercial truck tire business,” Schroeder added. “Not only are we introducing the new Roadmaster Fleet Service Network, but we have also invested in a sales and field engineering team focused exclusively on the commercial trucking business. This team brings decades of experience in servicing national accounts to our fleet customers, creating real value. Our Roadmaster tires provide long miles and are backed by a warranty that offers two retreads within six years. These strengths, combined with our attractive pricing, mean Roadmaster drives down cost-per-mile for our customers. That’s our goal.”
