CSM Companies, Inc. has acquired three Kenworth of Central Florida locations.
The company says this acquisition will allow CSM to provide better service to existing customers transporting in Florida, while adding a new customer base in Central Florida.
The Tampa and Orlando locations are full-service dealerships with truck sales, parts, service and body shops, while the Lakeland location offers parts and service only.
The three now operate as Orlando Florida Kenworth, Tampa Florida Kenworth, and Lakeland Florida Kenworth as a part of CSM Companies. CSM Companies also has facilities in Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska and South Texas. This acquisition brings its total number of Kenworth locations to 21.
