WABCO Holdings Inc. announced that Cummins Inc. has honored WABCO with two major supplier awards for outstanding performance during 2010. Cummins has awarded its overall top honor to WABCO as “Supplier of the Year” and it has also named WABCO as winner of the “Best Delivery and Capacity” award. WABCO has a long-term supply agreement with Cummins to furnish air compressors for applications in trucks, buses and industrial equipment worldwide.
According to Cummins, “WABCO is a very customer focused and driven supplier” with consistent cost reductions and Six Sigma-based warranty analysis and problem solving processes contributing to the “Outstanding Supplier” rating.
