Decisiv Inc. announced its newest application, Vision, a real-time decision support tool for service event management. Demonstrations of Vision will be available at the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council 2014 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition in Nashville. Vision will be available for initial customer deployments later this month.
Vision enables users to quickly identify important service event issues. It goes well beyond a simple filtering by make, model and engine and allows fleets to proactively find cases based on specific attributes, such as shop facility, asset type, service location and timeframe, event status, and more. Real-time Case Boards in Vision are initially being offered in card views or as simple donut, bubble and bar charts. List, network and map views will be available later this year.
