Double Coin to debut mixed service tire at MATS

Double Coin and CMA will introduce the new Double Coin RR706 mixed service, all-position truck tire at this year’s Mid-America Trucking Show.

Double Coin’s ultra-premium RR706 all-position, mixed service truck tires are specifically designed for the construction, waste and refuse industry. According to the tire company, rigorous in-house and field testing by Double Coin engineers and selected dealer partners have refined the RR706 in the area of casing durability and unique tread compounds to withstand high-scrub environments.

“Engineered with advancements in tread compounds, patterns and casing construction that enhance performance and retreadability in the toughest and most rugged applications, the RR706 is sure to be the preferred choice for many commercial operations,” said Aaron C. Murphy, vice president of CMA.

“The RR706 will be available in the 12R24.5 size initially,” said Murphy. “Other sizes scheduled for availability will be rolled out later this year, including the 315/80R22.5 with a 10,000 lb. single tire load capacity as well as other popular sizes such as 11R22.5 and 11R24.5.”

The new RR706 and other mixed service products are available for purchase through an authorized Double Coin dealer.
