Fleetmatics highlights its line of fleet management solutions, including Reveal, Reveal+ and Fleetmatics Logbook. Fleetmatics Reveal is designed to drive cost savings and improve productivity for virtually any mobile workforce. Fleetmatics Reveal+ helps enterprise customers with larger fleets to manage complex organizational structures and large numbers of users, as well as to deliver business intelligence across the entire enterprise.

“Compliance to new and ever-changing industry regulations is a priority – but it can also be a challenge for some customers,” said Todd Ewing, director of product marketing for Fleetmatics. “With Fleetmatics Logbook, we’ve made the process as simple as possible for drivers to more accurately and easily record their duty status information, allowing employees to focus their attention on other critical areas of the business.”

Fleetmatics pointed to one customer, Crane Transport Inc., as an example of the results gained from these mobile solutions. Crane Transport reported an accident rate of 0.32%, which is well below the Department of Transportation (DOT)’s standards for satisfaction of 1.5%. Crane also says it used Fleetmatics Logbook to better manage their drivers, improving the success of their business.

“Our biggest priority is customer service, which can be challenging when managing a diversified fleet of 275 vehicles and 350 employees,” said Tim Hutchings, director of safety and compliance at Crane Transport Inc. “With Fleetmatics, we’ve been able to provide our customers a superior customer experience through features like Live Map, ultimately keeping our customers more informed and prepared than ever before.”
