FleetPride acquires Charlebois Truck Parts locations

FleetPride Inc. has announced the acquisition of the assets of Charlebois Truck Parts locations owned by Roger Charlebois in the Vermont and New York markets. These will add to FleetPride’s existing northeastern U.S. network of 79 locations.

“As we have in the past, FleetPride continues to look for well run and strategic acquisitions. Today we are pleased to announce the addition of the Charlebois Truck Parts Company and their talented employees to the FleetPride family,” said Al Dragone, chief executive officer of FleetPride. “At FleetPride we endeavor to be the first choice in Heavy Duty aftermarket truck parts.”

ConMet recently announced the release of the Digital Driver app, now available for download for iOS and Android, as part of its telematics portfolio of solutions. Drivers will now have access to real-time telematics data, which the company says will enable drivers to react quickly to abnormal component health and allow fleets to make faster decisions.
