Forward Lift introduces I12PRO two-post lift

Forward Lift has introduced its new I12PRO two-post lift. The lift has three-stage arms equipped with low-profile 4.75-in. rubber-pad swivel adapters. Combined with the standard adapter extensions (1.75, 3.5 and 5 in.), the arms can reach the recommended pickup points of most cars, light trucks and vans, the company said. The lift can be installed at one of two width options and is available in four heights to meet the needs of any shop, the company added.

According to Forward Lift, the power unit on the I12PRO provides double the torque of other two-post lifts, and operates at a lower RPM to provide longer life. This eliminates additional components needed for other low-torque, high-speed power units, reducing the potential for failure without compromising rise time. Two heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders increase the I12PRO’s lifting performance and service life. The cylinder pistons are protected by the powder-coated lift columns.

“The new I12PRO is an affordable, robust and reliable 12,000-lb. capacity two-post lift that can boost service productivity, and bottom line profitability, for years to come,” says John Uhl, sales and brand manager for Forward Lift. “For a very affordable price point, shops of all sizes can utilize this lift to service most passenger vehicles on the road today.”

The Forward Lift I12PRO is available from more than 100 Forward Lift authorized distributors in North America, as well as through most national auto parts retailers. It has been third-party tested and certified by the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) to meet industry safety and performance standards.
