Fultra promotes chief procurement officer

Before taking this leadership position at its parent company, Kinsley spent over 12 years as the vice president of materials at East Mfg.

Fultra, a North American ground freight transportation solutions partner, promoted Dave Kinsley to chief procurement officer of Fultra, the parent company of East Manufacturing, Fruehauf, Amparts-Promare, and Sierra Norte.

Given the importance of the supply chain, Fultra says the advancement of Kinsley fulfills a critical goal of its procurement strategy to align the overall business objectives of Fultra and all its companies, including East, Fruehauf, Amparts-Promare, and Sierra Norte. According to Fultra, Kinsley will handle all aspects of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management processes and manage procurement teams across its companies, including continuing to manage the East procurement team.

“Strategic sourcing will help us drive efficiencies and productivity across all our facilities while also strengthening our supplier partnerships with a long term focus,” said Jorge Martinez, chief executive officer of Fultra. “Dave’s experience and leadership will be key in making it come together.“

Until his promotion, Kinsley had been vice president of materials at East since 2011, where he had been director of materials after joining East in 2006. Prior to East, Kinsley spent 24 years in various executive management positions in the toy industry.
