Giti Tire changes senior management team for North America

Giti Tire has made changes to its senior management team that will help the company capitalize on its growth and expansion plans in North America.

“We have introduced many outstanding products and have had much success in the North American marketplace, but our journey has just started,” said Dr. Enki Tan, executive chairman of the Giti Tire Group. “With our new organizational structure, we have all the conditions in place to deliver the best value proposition to our customers, to continue to grow responsibly and build a world-class company and culture for Giti’s long-term success in North America.”

Armand Allaire, who joined the company in December as vice president of marketing, will now serve as executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Tom McNamara, a longtime Giti executive, has been promoted to executive vice president of business development.

Sylvia Soerijadi will continue in her role as chief financial officer and Julianto Djajadi will continue in his role as executive vice president of business operations.

Industry veteran Patrick Gunn has also joined the Giti team as director of sales and marketing, commercial tires. Gunn has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of medium/heavy truck tires, as well as off-highway tires and retreading operations.
