HDA Truck Pride member AA Wheel & Truck Supply acquires Casper Brake & Clutch

HDA Truck Pride member, AA Wheel & Truck Supply, a distributor of truck and trailer parts throughout the Midwest, has announced that it has acquired Kansas City-based Casper Brake & Clutch and relocated Casper’s reline shop and team members to its North Kansas City AA Wheel & Truck Supply warehouse and brake shop.

Since 1929, Casper Brake & Clutch has been specializing in repairing friction products for all truck brakes and clutches, as well as water pumps. Casper’s expertise includes specialty parts and repair services for forklifts, elevators, and unique industrial and agricultural machinery. Casper’s machine shop also turns drums and rotors and resurfaces fly wheels.

Since 1990, AA Wheel & Truck has been a distributor of truck and trailer parts, serving the Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa markets since 1990. AA Wheel & Truck has also long operated its own brake reline shop out of its North Kansas City location.

Another demonstration of his commitment, Killebrew helped out during the early and uncertain days of COVID-19 when almost all the technicians in the shop were out sick. Killebrew worked six days and close to 70 hours that week to help ease the burden on his service manager.

The Bruckner Truck Sales establishment, based outside of Denver, is the first Mack dealer in Colorado to achieve this status.

Each facility will operate a minimum of 72 hours and six days a week. With 24 service bays for Class 1-7 chassis, the facilities will service both Ford and non-Ford makes and models.
