Hyundai Translead announces Preferred Service Provider maintenance program

Hyundai Translead has announced the Preferred Service Provider (PSP) program, designed to provide customers with a network of qualified technicians at authorized service facilities in North America. Hyundai Translead says this program provides its customers the best possible maintenance service for their equipment.

With more than 130 locations nationwide, the PSP program allows for ease of access and peace of mind when it comes to equipment repairs and maintenance, all while ensuring consistent standard repair times, competitive service rates and a 12-month workmanship warranty, the company says. Each location will have direct access to Hyundai Translead’s Customer Care team for a streamlined warranty claims process.

“Our goal is to provide customers with the highest standard of quality service,” said Ora Edwards, director of warranty at Hyundai Translead. “The PSP program’s network of preferred service providers will make every effort to get our customers’ equipment back on the road.”
