Amerit Fleet Solutions to provide maintenance, repair services to support Nikola truck pilot

Amerit Fleet Solutions recently announced that they have entered into an agreement with Nikola Corp. to provide warranty and demand repair programs to Nikola customers across the country. Under the terms of the agreement, Amerit will provide maintenance and repair programs to support Nikola customers whose operations are outside Nikola’s dealer network. The program will begin with providing services and support for a pilot for a Class 8 Nikola Tre battery-electric vehicle (BEV) unit in the Sacramento area through Amerit’s Electric Vehicle Fleet Service Center. Using their EV Ready Technician Training Program, Amerit’s Sacramento technicians have undergone extensive training and are NFPA70E and Nikola certified to perform necessary maintenance and repairs.

These essential services are expected to assist the ease and speed of adoption of the Nikola Tre BEV Class 8 trucks, by helping customers feel more secure and confident in overall BEV adoption, knowing their assets are supported by the leading provider of BEV maintenance and support services in the country.
