Mitchell 1 announced it has awarded the 2019 TMCSuperTech grand champion, Kelby Bentley of FedEx Freight, with a full-year subscription to Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries repair information software.

He will have access to all of the company’s online service information products for Class 4-8 trucks. The event was part of the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council conference.

Mitchell 1 has been a sponsor of the TMCSuperTech national competitions since its inception 14 years ago and annually gives an award to the top finisher to recognize the hard work necessary to earn this achievement.

In addition to being a sponsor of TMCSuperTech, Mitchell 1 also administers the service information skills station at the event utilizing TruckSeries to test competitors on their ability to use computers and web-based programs to diagnose and fix vehicles properly. This year’s winners of the service information station competition were Joseph Americo of United Parcel Service, Inc. for the light and medium track and Zachary Hickling of Ferris State University for the TMCFutureTech 2019 competition (sponsored by TechForce Foundation).
