The new blog is always available for viewing on the ProDemand homepage at www.prodemand.com.

“The ProDemand blog helps us communicate with our technician customers on a regular basis to keep them informed of the latest enhancements to our next generation of repair information software, as well as helpful services such as online training,” said Gary Hixson, product manager for Mitchell 1. “The blog also offers links to technical information and other industry content to keep technicians informed and ahead of the trends.”

According to the company, the blog provides repair, diagnostic and maintenance information to help professional technicians complete their jobs faster, easier and smarter. ProDemand presents information from service repair manuals in a consistent, easy-to-understand format, providing all of the descriptions, procedures, specifications and diagrams that technicians need, Mitchell 1 added.
