Noregon, ClearFlame partner to provide service information for alternative fuel systems

This collaboration aims to improve alternative fuel servicing in the commercial vehicle and equipment industry.

Noregon announced a collaborative effort with ClearFlame Engine Technologies to provide the commercial vehicle and equipment industry with improved coverage for servicing alternative fuel systems, as stated in a recent press release. As part of the collaboration, Noregon will work with ClearFlame to implement coverage for ClearFlame engines into its product suite. According to the two organizations, the primary aim is to make operating a greener fleet a more attainable option while ensuring technicians can continue using their existing diagnostic applications to service the vehicles.

“[ClearFlame’s] solution allows fleets to convert to renewable energy vehicles by retrofitting their existing assets,” said Paul Smith, vice president of professional services, Noregon. “Our shared vision will help provide fleets with everything their technicians need to maintain and service alternate fuel vehicles without any interruptions or major learning curves.”

This collaboration, according to Kirk Roller, chief operating officer, ClearFlame, helps to ease adoption of alternate fuel vehicles so fleet companies can meet sustainability goals in an affordable, practical and immediate way.
