Noregon has hired Jon Morrison, previously president of WABCO Americas and now CEO of J&M Strategic Insights LLC, as a strategic advisor for Noregon Systems. In this engagement, Noregon says it will draw upon Morrison’s extensive experience in strategy development, merger and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in the advanced vehicle technology space. Morrison was president of WABCO from 2006 through their acquisition by ZF in 2020.
Morrison also previously held board positions with the Heavy-Duty Manufacturers Association, Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITSA) and the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI). He is currently an advisory board member at Phillips Connect, PLUS autonomous truck technology, and Aperia Technologies. Morrison holds a B.S. in general management from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
