OTC rear suspension bushing tool cuts service time

OTC now offers a complete solution for servicing rear suspensions, its new Rear Suspension Bushing Tool. The tool removes FAS II Airliner Freightliner rear suspension bushings and handles Neway AD Series truck and tractor suspension bushings without removing the spring assembly from the vehicle.

A complete solution for servicing rear suspensions from OTC, a Bosch Automotive Service Solutions brand, is the new Rear Suspension Bushing Tool (P/N 4244 and 4245).

Equipped with a 15-ton capacity hydraulic cylinder, the tool removes FAS II Airliner Freightliner rear suspension bushings and handles Neway AD Series truck and tractor suspension bushings without removing the spring assembly from the vehicle. The new Rear Suspension Bushing Tool, according to the company, can save an average of 45 minutes per bushing.

Adapters for removing and installing bushings are included and the 4245 Master Rear Suspension Bushing Tool Kit includes an air pump and hose assembly.
