Phillips Connect announces promotions as business expands

Phillips Connect promotes five key employees to support business expansion, customer relations and product development.

Phillips Connect recently announced the promotion of five key employees to support the expansion of its business, critical customer relations, and future product development.

Amber White has been promoted to vice president of Marketing. Since joining Phillips Connect in 2020, White has played a significant role in many strategic developments essential to positioning the company as the prime telematics provider in the commercial vehicle industry. She was the principal architect of Phillips Connect’s NHRA partnership with Justin Ashley Racing leading to the Phillips Connect Motorsports business including marketing partnerships with other major commercial vehicle suppliers, as well as the launch of a tech trailer that brings the technology to the customers’ front doors.

Additional promotions include:

Mandy Garza, senior director of customer service – Mandy Garza joined Phillips Connect in 2020 as director of customer service following a 12-year career with Werner Enterprises where she held multiple leadership roles in system integration, project management, and customer service. Mandy has more than 15 years of experience leading and developing teams in transportation and logistics.

Kim Struble, director of business applications – Kim Struble came to Phillips Connect in May 2022 as a Continuous Improvement Manager. She has more than 25 years of experience leading development and administrative personnel in the finance, transportation and freight, logistic services, accounting, and information technology environments.

Todd Thibault, director of field services – Todd Thibault joined Phillips Connect in 2021 as a field engineer, and quickly excelled in areas such as field installations and troubleshooting. Prior to Phillips Connect, Thibault has more than 10 years of experience in the transportation/technology industry.

Megan Anderson, senior channel sales manager – Megan Anderson joined Phillips Connect in January 2021 as Key Account Manager, bringing with her nearly a decade of sales and account management experience. Since joining the company, Anderson has both created and managed the relationships of Phillips Connect’s most prominent reseller partners.

In addition to these five promotions, Phillips Connect also promoted Gary Chen to Senior Firmware Test Engineer, Jakub Podgorski to Staff Process Engineer, Justine Brakefield to IoT Deployment Project Manager, Joshua Frakes to Field Engineer, Carlos Samaniego to RMA Manager, and Renato Motta to Manager of Application Engineering.
