Predictive Coach highlights its mobile driver coaching solution, which leverages Tourmaline Lab’s artificial intelligence technology to record billions of driving events via a mobile phone or any other data source.

“The integration with Predictive Coach automatically assigns the driver the proper training course by using a defined threshold of our behavior events that include phone use, speeding, harsh cornering, harsh stops, hard acceleration, and more,” said Chris Evans, partner channel director for Tourmaline Labs. “For example, if the driver receives enough hard-braking alerts, he or she would be required to take a course for distracted driving.”

“The fact of the matter is no two drivers are the same,” said Jerome Toliver, president and chief executive officer of RMJ Technologies, the parent company of Predictive Coach. “We should have training that is relevant to each individual driver.”

Predictive Coach training lessons can be completed via a laptop, tablet or mobile device. The fleet manager defines course assignment rules and is notified when training has been completed.
