2012 Heavy Duty Sales Rep of the Year awards have been announced by SKF. Co-winners of the award are SKF Western Territory Sales Rep Keith Dollar and SKF Eastern Territory Sales Rep Mike Hartman. The award recognizes SKF heavy-duty sales reps who exhibit a strong work ethic and personal sales growth.
Through relationships with distribution partners, Keith Dollar increased his total sales by 18.1%, OES sales by 25.7% and WD sales by 15.6% in 2012. Dollar also held more than 80 TFO (trouble-free operation) clinics and generated demand for SKF product among a growing number of end users.
Mike Hartman’s success in 2012 included an increase in total sales of 10.7% and WD sales by 25.7%. Hartman’s accomplishments also included sales growth of over 15% with his biggest account. He is credited as well for his field work, including holding product training sessions and attending meetings on Saturdays with purchasing managers to help solve problems.
