MyPro web-based transportation management software (TMS) designed for private fleets with fewer than 400 trucks is being offered by Sylectus, a business unit of Qualcomm Enterprise Services. Offered on a secure web-based network, MyPro lets private fleets securely manage their own network without making expensive technology investments.
“MyPro was developed to address the unique technology needs of small private fleets, such as integrated dispatch, billing and driver settlements, while delivering a solution that is both practical and affordable,” said Stuart Sutton, senior director at Qualcomm Enterprise Services and general manager of Sylectus. “With MyPro, private fleet managers will be equipped to manage their operations, and seek out assets and resources for their partners, allowing them to quickly distribute and deliver products and services essential to their businesses.”
MyPro features include integrated dispatch, billing and driver settlement tools, including the ability to import or create routes and assign routes to vehicles. The system has electronic document management and reporting capabilities that use one data entry point to automatically populate and share important documents, including dispatch orders, driver pay sheets, invoices and financial reports. The software also enables flexible integration with existing technology platforms, including other TMS and in-cab systems used by carrier partners.
