New Spicer Life Series driveshafts introduced by Dana

Dana Holding Corp. has launched a new Spicer Life Series main driveshaft and inter-axle shaft specifically designed to supply greater torque in severe-duty vocational applications as well as low-emission trucks.

Dana unveils Spicer axles

Dana has introduced the Spicer EconoTrek tandem axle for linehaul tractors. The 6×2 configuration, according to the company, reduces weight by up to 400 lbs compared to a 40,000-lb tandem drive axle.
