Velociti, Samsara partner on Samsara Technology Support Services

Velociti Inc. and Samsara have partnered to create Samsara Technology Support Services, which protects technology investments through system health monitoring, 24/7 mobile repair, inventory management and other services.

According to the companies, the service includes:

  • Proactive Remote System Health Monitoring with notifications when technology is in need of repair;
  • 24/7 Mobile Repair at a time and place that works best for fleets and drivers;
  • Guaranteed completion of technology repairs within seven calendar days;
  • Real-time updates over the secure Velogic web-portal with custom dashboards;
  • Hardware procurement for mounts, tablets, phones, etc.;
  • Inventory Management to ensure replacement hardware is available;
  • Scheduling to make sure repairs are completed as quickly as possible; and
  • Flat rate pricing with a cost effective per unit/per month subscription.
