Verizon Connect has introduced Work Mobile, an app that enables users to work offline and still receive job details, share notes, photos and signatures from the field to help increase speed and performance.

According to the company, Verizon Connect Work Mobile helps keep people in the field connected with the back office so that customers can act immediately and increase overall productivity. With near-real-time job updates, administrators are able to see job status and communicate schedule changes, helping improve visibility and communication.

“The Work Mobile app helps make it easy to access and communicate job information to any smartphone without the need for paperwork or phone calls,” said Erin Cave, vice president of product management at Verizon Connect. “Mobile workers benefit from the peace of mind that they’re able to stay connected even when they’re offline.”

With a simplified map and jobs list, Work Mobile provides a simple view of jobs and locations for the day so workers’ days can be planned efficiently. Job details enable workers to record notes, upload multiple photos while onsite, collect customer signatures, record parts used, invoice and capture essential time spent on job sites.

The Verizon Connect Work Mobile app is available today and can be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store with an active Verizon Connect Work subscription for both current and new customers.
