Verizon Connect releases Roadside Assistance for Fleet

Verizon Connect says the service connects admins and their drivers to 24/7 emergency roadside service. From the live map or the field app, customers can access services to get drivers back on the road.

The company says key features of the program include:

  • 24/7 on-demand roadside assistance anywhere in the U.S.;
  • Available to new and existing fleet U.S. customers;
  • Includes all commercial vehicle types (light-, medium- and heavy-duty);
  • Full line of service options, including: towing, locksmith, battery boost, fuel delivery, winch service (for light-duty only) and tire change.
