Wagner Lighting introduces advanced LED sealed beam headlamps

Federal-Mogul’s Wagner Lighting brand has introduced LED sealed beam replacement headlamps for commercial applications and some passenger vehicles. According to Wagner Lighting, the new LED lamps, available through any Wagner Lighting distributor or retailer, help dramatically improve driving visibility in a full range of operating conditions.

The company states that the new lamps’ bulb-free LED design virtually eliminates damage caused by road shock and vibration while projecting a brighter, whiter and crisper light that extends the driver’s field of vision as compared to standard halogen headlamps. Each lamp is compliant with U.S. Department of Transportation requirements and has been certified by Wagner quality engineers to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Lamp installation is fast and easy, with no special tools required.

“LED technology is quickly becoming a great new option in original equipment sealed beam headlamps, and Wagner Lighting is on the leading edge of this trend in the replacement market,” said Jennifer Bontomasi, product manager, lighting, Federal-Mogul Vehicle Components segment. “Consumers can always turn to Wagner for best-in-class lighting solutions for nearly any passenger or commercial vehicle, with standard halogen or new LED sealed beams as well as our family of better-than-OE, premium Wagner NightDefense, BriteLite and TruView PLUS headlamps.”

Every Wagner Lighting product is “Quality Certified” by Wagner engineers to ensure exceptional performance and reliability in a full range of automotive and commercial applications. Wagner Lighting engineers test each sealed beam, replacement bulb or other product to certify performance to DOT, OE, SAE International and other applicable standards. To identify the right Wagner Lighting product for any application, use the free www.FMe-cat.com electronic catalog.
