Donaldson introduces Synteq XP, the next generation of its breakthrough media technology
Donaldson Co., a worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, has introduced a breakthrough filter media, Synteq XP, the next generation of the "original" Synteq media technology. The "original" Synteq was first used in Donaldson lube, fuel and hydraulic filters to improve filter performance by increasing efficiency.
New WIX Filters air filter for Mack Trucks exceeds OE performance
WIX Filters engineers have designed a new aftermarket air filter that outperforms the original equipment (OE) for Mack Truck applications, the company said. The new WIX 42808 increases filter capacity over the OE design by 25 percent and wet capacity/filter life by better than 14 percent, according to the manufacturer, while equaling the efficiency of the OE filter.

Electric Priming at the Push of a Button
Racor Division of Parker Hannifin Corp. has released new 12- and 24-volt 7120R integrated fuel filter/water separators with a two-stage filtration and repriming system. The 7120R is available with a 10- or 30-micron filtration element and either a 12- or 24-volt priming pump. The new 7120R addition to Racor’s Filtration Pump Product Line offers higher capacity and a flow rating of 120 gpm, the maker said.
