The Timken Co. has announced that recent in-house tests show its 454-Series wheel bearings for commercial vehicles perform more than four times longer than those frequently used as original equipment. Available for popular axle and hub designs, Timken 454-Series wheel bearings support the 2-inch outset loads created by wide single tire and dual-tire applications, and are offered in both manual and pre-adjusted configurations.

Timken also introduced Set-Right commercial vehicle hub rebuild kits for 454-Series steer axle applications. The pre-adjusted hubs join other Set-Right hub rebuild kits for steer, drive and trailer applications.
