Arrow Truck Sales re-launches National Account program

Arrow Truck Sales recently introduced an all-new National Account program specifically designed for companies representing large numbers of agents and owner/operators dispersed throughout North America. According to Rick Vuagniaux, Arrow’s national account manager, the program is loaded with valuable customer incentives and backed by more than 63 years of industry experience.

“We’ve negotiated an industry-leading incentive package that includes several comprehensive, extended warranties at a substantial retail discount. We’ve also teamed-up with key vendors such as ATBS, Continental Tires, Speedco and FleetPride to offer additional incentives just for being an Arrow customer. And when it makes sense for a particular customer, we also have a very attractive lease-purchase program that can enhance driver recruitment efforts,” said Vuagniaux.

Vuagniaux also emphasized Arrow’s multi-check reconditioning process. “Our national account customers expect to do business with a reputable used truck dealer—a brand they can trust—with the best used equipment and unmatched variety and selection in the indus- try. That’s exactly what we deliver with this new program.”

Vuagniaux went on to say that Arrow takes great pride in the rigorous, reconditioning process behind each and every truck they sell. “Our mission is to deliver road-ready trucks that generate revenue for customers the day they leave our lot. And that means less driver downtime and more on-time shipments.”

“We’re extremely excited about the re-launch of our National Account program, and thus far, customer feedback has been very encouraging.”

Black curtains surround the room that's segmented by rolling privacy screens, blocking off the business end of a European Volvo truck (is it an FH? An electric? It's hard to tell.) This is the only area trucking journalists from North America are allowed in. The rest of the building, named Lundby, high-tech center for research and development at Volvo Trucks headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, is off-limits. Even several of the Gothenburg-based Volvo Trucks employees that are presenting haven't been allowed in this building before. But what we're here to talk about is anything but a secret.
