Bee Line details its heavy-duty Frame Correction System

The Bee Line frame straightening system allows the operator full control over every part of the truck frame straightening operation. The company explained that no compromises are made when positioning tool hook-ups as the Bee Line machine allows the operator the opportunity to place tools into tight spaces exactly where they are needed to properly reverse the damage. A patented design makes more power available for correction with less hydraulic pressure compared to competitors, Bee Line reported.

Side holders can be positioned where the desired correction is needed, whether inside the rails, outside the frame rails, behind fuel tanks, under cabs, above cabs, behind wheels or any other hard-to-reach areas. Additionally, Correction tools are designed to squarely contact a truck or trailer frame. There is no angle contact which could cause the chassis to raise or lower while being corrected. All holding fixtures and moving fixures contact chassis squarely and are adjustable so chassis correction starts immediately, with no lost motion, when pressure is applied. These unique features make it possible for the vehicle’s wheels to stay put when correction is made. There is no danger of pushing the vehicle off the machine runways, the company explained. The Frame Presses come in a variety of sizes and models — including floor, pit and portable — and with multiple tools to diagnose and correct conditions such as side sway, sag, twist and diamond.
