VIPAR Heavy Duty sponsors Northwood students at HDAW

The students will also have the opportunity to assist the VIPAR Heavy Duty team at their booth during the Product Expo.

VIPAR Heavy Duty is sponsoring two Northwood University students attending this year’s Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), taking place in Grapevine, Texas.

The students, Ethan Moots and Lily Gromak, will participate in activities taking place during HDAW alongside VIPAR Heavy Duty representatives as a way to learn more about career options available in the heavy duty aftermarket space.

“As the heavy duty industry evolves, it is imperative that we foster young talent and provide opportunities for young people to experience all that the heavy duty aftermarket industry can offer,” said Jeff Paul, vice president of marketing, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “We’re excited to welcome Ethan and Lily to HDAW and can’t wait to experience the week with them.”

Moots and Gromak are both juniors at Northwood University in Midland, Mich. Both are studying “Automotive Aftermarket Management.”

In addition to sponsoring Moots and Gromak, VIPAR Heavy Duty sponsored the Leaders of Tomorrow reception on Jan. 16. The reception is a networking event intended for HDAW attendees who want to grow their connections within the industry and learn techniques to advance their heavy duty careers. The company will also sponsor HDAW’s new HDAWomen reception on Jan. 17, celebrating women in the heavy duty aftermarket.
