Peterbilt introduces the Model 325 conventional for the Class 5 market
Peterbilt Motors Company recently announced the introduction of the new Model 325, its first vehicle dedicated to the specific needs of the Class 5 market. The Model 325 is ideal for the complete range of Class 5 applications including vehicle recovery and towing, lease/rental, pick-up and delivery and business services such as parcel delivery, landscaping and construction. The Model 325 begins production in mid-July.

Kenworth unveils new lineup of medium-duty models
Kenworth unveiled a new lineup of medium- duty trucks at the Mid-America Trucking Show. It introduced the T370 Class 7, T270 Class 6 and T270 hybrid-electric conventional models and the K260 Class 6 cabover, which joins the K360 Class 7 cabover. The new lineup handles a broad range of diverse applications, including food and beverage distributors, propane and fuel fleets, towing and recovery operators, general construction and landscape firms, and dry, refrigerated and side-curtain van operations.
Peterbilt facilities in full production
Peterbilt Motors Co. announced during the 2007 Mid-America Trucking Show that both Peterbilt heavy-duty truck manufacturing facilities and the PACCAR facility that assembles Peterbilt’s medium-duty vehicles are in full production with the company’s new product lineup of 2008 models.
