Delo introduces new nitrite-free extended life coolant

Chevron’s Delo brand of technologically advanced engine oils, lubricants and coolants, has introduced the latest member of its product family, Delo Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze – Nitrite Free (DELO ELC-NF). Its maker says the new extended life coolant (ELC) is recommended for use in on- and off-road heavy-duty equipment, as well as stationary applications, requiring a nitrite-free OAT formulation, as mandated by engine manufactures like Detroit Diesel, which only allows the use of nitrite-free extended life coolants (OAT) in its engines. Delo Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze – Nitrite Free helps ensure operators meet OEM warranty requirements.
