Mac Tools introduces the Memory Saver

Mac Tools has introduced the Memory Saver – MS4000. When the starter battery has to be disconnected and the power is shut down, the drivability codes and settings are lost. By plugging the direct-wired OBDII Connector into the vehicles OBDII port under the dash, all drivability codes and settings are protected. Codes and settings include anti-theft radios, clocks, keyless entry systems, alarms, cellular phone settings, and other memory related functions. This tool saves time and promotes customer service excellence, its maker said.

Mac Tools introduces 1/4-in. drive torque screwdrivers

Mac Tools is excited to introduce two new 1/4-in. drive torque screwdrivers: TSM16-88 (Range: 16-88 in./lbs.) and TSM4-22 (Range 4-22 in./lbs.). These torque screwdrivers are ergonomically designed for a better more comfortable grip. The hexagon socket drive for bits has an internal feature for accepting 1/4-in. ratchets at the base of the handle.

Mac Tools has introduced the new Mobile Universal Trailer Tester – ET7900A. Reading up to 30 amps, this Mobile Universal Trailer Tester has eight specialized indicators. There’s no need to bring the cab and trailer into the shop, because the new Mac Tools Mobile Universal Trailer Tester can be wheeled to the trailer. This tester comes complete with a wireless remote, a 5 ft. 7-way round pin cable, a 10 ft. chassis, and a ground cable, the maker said.

Klein Tools introduces QTR-Turn NM cable stripper/cutter

Klein Tools recently added its new QTR-Turn NM cable stripper/cutter (Cat. No. K1412-3) with Klein-Kurve handles to its existing line of strippers and cutters. The new cable stripper/cutter utilizes exclusive QTR-Turn technology to quickly remove the outer jacket of non-metallic (NM) cable. The user places the cable in the upper QTR-Turn jacket stripper, squeezes the handle and turns one quarter (90⊄š) to completely sever the outer jacket. The QTR-Turn NM cable stripper/cutter has spring-loaded action for self-opening.
