Truck-Lite has started using social media Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube to reach out to customers and spread the word about its line of products. One of the company’s recent endeavors is a YouTube video series in which Mark Cappucci, manager of aftermarket development for Truck-Lite, shows viewers just how durable the company’s work lights and headlamps are.
“I go and see a lot of customers, and they ask me to demonstrate different products,” Cappucci said during one video’s introduction. “Instead of ruining product each time I visit them, I thought ‘Let’s make a light-hearted video to show how dependable our product is.’”
