M&R Tire Products Inc. has launched its Magnum Plus Fleet line of tire balancing compound. Magnum Plus Fleet is designed for commercial fleets and those who use volume quantities of Magnum Plus tire balancing compound to maintain and extend the life of their tires.

The microbeads in the Magnum Plus Fleet line are 25% larger than previous versions but maintain the same quality and durability and now offer a smoother transition to position, due to the decreased overall surface area of the microbeads, the company said. This same decrease in surface area also creates a marked reduction in static between the microbeads and the inner liner of the tire, accelerating their movement into position as the tire’s balancing requirements change, the company added.
