Trail King launches new Composite Grain Hopper trailer to heavy-duty market

The lightweight design is said to provide maximum load hauling capabilities.

Trail King recently launched its latest product, the Composite Grain Hopper trailer, featuring an aerodynamic design and smooth panel construction to streamline towing. This product, according to the company, offers a lighter weight in comparison to its predecessors, delivering enhanced efficiency. Available in a range of sizes from 41 to 51 feet, the trailer includes one-piece molded lower hoppers that ensure quick and effortless cleaning with a 22.5″ hopper ground clearance.

The composite smooth single panels for both interior and exterior components enhances the trailer’s corrosion resistance and minimizes maintenance requirements, as highlighted in Trail King’s press release. Additionally, all individual parts, including the subframe and upper coupler, undergo Trail King’s zinc-rich paint treatment for added protection against the elements.

According to the company, the panels are both impact-resistant and crafted from 100% recycled materials, underlining the company’s commitment to sustainability and features a solid structural core, reinforcing the trailer’s durability and sturdiness.
