Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. LLC held a press conference at the TMC 2024 Annual Meeting to announce the Cargobull North America, LLC (CBNA) transport refrigeration units (TRUs) are now available throughout North America. Utility Trailer says the CBNA 625 Hybrid Mono-Temp and 655MT Hybrid Multi-Temp models are available exclusively on the company’s 3000R reefer trailer.
According to Utility Trailer, both the CBNA 625 Hybrid Mono-Temp and 655MT Hybrid Multi-Temp models meet California’s 2030 emissions standards and comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) ultra-low-emission TRU (ULETRU) regulations. Utility Trailer says the hybrid TRUs cut fuel consumption by up to 20% and reduce emissions while maximizing cooling efficiencies.
Additionally, Utility Trailer highlighted its TrailerConnect portal and app during the event, which it says sends telematics data for both the TRU and trailer to frontends, fleet operators and transport management or enterprise resource planning systems.
“We’ve been working tirelessly to get to this moment, and our expansive dealer network is now ready to serve customers across the continent,” remarked Andrew Bennett, vice president and member of the family business’ fourth generation leadership.
