Blue1USA, a manufacturer and distributor of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) storage and dispensing systems for the commercial, retail and industrial markets in the U.S, is now marketing an insulated DEF tote cabinet.

The weatherproof enclosure protects pump, tote and equipment during inclement weather, the maker said. Walls, doors and roof are made of insulated foam panels (R-7 rating). Additionally, the doors can be locked for added security. Latches, hinges and locks are made of stainless steel and will not rust or corrode, according to the company. The standard cabinet’s two-way forklift compatible frame will accommodate up to a 350 gal. tote. A protective kick plate prevents forklift damage to back panel when transferring totes. Its bolt-down design protects against strong winds and meets seismic code requirements.

The cabinet is vented to prevent condensation buildup and vacuum pressure when opening the door. A small dispense door for drivers helps to prevent loss of heat.

The pre-wired light, on/off switch and receptacle meet NFPA and NEC requirements. All systems exceed ISO 22241 standards.

Optional equipment includes heater and/or A/C unit with thermostat, automatic on/off light switch, hose reel and remote monitoring system.
