DMA recently appointed Kevin Stock as chief financial officer. Stock joins DMA having previously served in the same role at CRP Industries Inc., where he helped modernize financial systems and drive growth, the company said. DMA says Stock’s expertise includes financial reporting, treasury, risk management, operations, IT, legal and quality functions.
“As a new member of our executive leadership team, Kevin’s knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and our customer base, along with his depth of experience in finance, audit, treasury, risk management, M&A, and budget planning, will significantly enhance our finance and accounting team’s ability to continue to meet our ever-growing needs in these areas,” said John Treece, president and chief executive officer of DMA Industries.
Stock will replacing Steve Bertling, one of the company’s founders, as CFO. Bertling will transition to the role of executive vice president of strategic initiatives.
